Custom Self-Fusing Silicone Tape
Harbor Products can produce for you the highest quality self-fusing silicone tape for your manufacturing needs. Available in a wide range of custom specifications and colors, all of our silicone tape is produced to the highest quality standards and significantly exceed the minimum specifications mandated by Military Spec: CID A-A-59163 (which supercedes MIL-I-46862 Rev. C 02-98)


Popular colors include Black, Red, Clear, White, Blue, Green, Yellow, Orange, Grey, Iron Oxide Red, Brown.


Custom orders are available in triangular (Type II Silicone Tape) or rectangular cross section (Type I Silicone Tape), with thicknesses available from .010” (10 mil) to .080” (80 mil), widths from ½” to 2”, and lengths from 12’ to 48’.  Standard inventory items include our Rescue Tape brand of self-fusing silicone tape.


Harbor Products’ silicone tape is extruded of high performance silicone and blended with our propriety formula for quick-fusing action that significantly outperforms other silicone tape products. It is self-fusing, and cures at room temperature. Its high thermal conductivity allows rapid heat dissipation, resulting in lower temperature rise. Harbor Products’ Silicone Tape is suitable for use wherever a tough, high temperature (to 260O C), permanently resilient insulation or seal is required.
